Biography

Hannah Elkins is a British pop-and-soul singer and songwriter from the UK living in Berlin. Hannah began her music career in 2019 with her debut single release ‘After the Midnight’ which garnered over 30,000 organic streams and national radio coverage. Collaborating with her longtime friend and guitarist Elliot Wenman, Hannah released a string of singles, including standout tracks like "Cloud Nine" and "Breathe Deep," which catapulted her onto the BBC Introducing Hot List in 2020. In early 2021, Hannah co-wrote Paradise with soul-artist Nick Corbin (of New Street Adventure) and the collaboration saw her opening for Nick’s album launch at the O2 Islington, London. Her performance history has taken her to numerous venues and festivals, including Camp Bestival, Pizza Express Jazz Club, Upstairs at Ronnie Scott’s and Sofar Sounds; London, Bournemouth and Berlin. Elkins is now set to release her upcoming E.P. ‘The Music Saved My Life’ in 2024 with the support of her husband and producer, Connor Gallagher. This latest musical endeavour embraces the vibrant energy of Berlin in this disco-infused title track. It is a testament to resilience and rediscovery of being an independent artist and beckons listeners to lose themselves in its groove - reminding them of the profound essence music holds in life.
