Raised on Tony Hawk's Pro Skater and his parents' love of classic pop and rock, a young Sean Connolly quickly fell in love with music and recognized it's power. Often using songwriting as a sort of diary entry, he attempts to use honesty and his own personal experiences and struggles with mental health and other issues in hopes to commiserate with and comfort listeners dealing with similar situations, while also remaining hopeful and pointing out the beauty of the world, people, and art. While a lover of all types of music, Sean often tries to infuse the youthful energy and unpolished aesthetic of punk rock into his music while many times also incorporating deeply personal and sometimes blunt lyrics.
