Swedish vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Kim Cesarion makes passionate, soulful electronic-infused contemporary R&B and pop. Born in Stockholm in 1990, Cesarion grew up in a musically inclined, multi-cultural family with a Guadeloupean dancer/singer/record producer father and Swedish-Greek musician mother. Starting on violin at age four, Cesarion quickly added piano, drums, and bass to his growing list of talents, eventually focusing on singing in high school. At home, however, he found inspiration in such varied styles as soca, zouk, dancehall, funk, and plenty of modern R&B cuts from his idols Prince, D'Angelo, and Stevie Wonder. Kim gained public recognition in 2013 with the song 'Undressed' which achieved platinum sales in, among other countries, Sweden, followed up with the tracks 'Brains Out' and 'I Love This Life’. The following year he released his debut album which has been followed up with further singles and the EP ‘Bleed’. In 2020, the first single in Swedish ‘Plåga mig’ was released which in 2022 was followed up by two more Swedish songs 'Bränner' and 'Flyga'. He made his film debut in the Swedish version of Rio 2, where Kim voiced the character Roberto. Recently he voiced the main character in the Swedish version of the musical film 'Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile'. What Kim hadn't done before was to compete in the Swedish TV-show Melodifestivalen, but that changed in 2024. He entered the competition and performed the song called "Take My Breath Away".
