Thilo Wolf works as a pianist, composer, arranger and band leader. His big band is one of Germany’s leading big bands for over 25 years and was inducted into the “Big Band Hall Of Fame” (USA) in 2007. His jazz TV show “SWING IT” was voted “Best Jazz Show of the Year” in 2002. The soloists who played with him ranges from Ray Anthony, Paul Anka or Diane Schuur to the current German top acts Till Brönner or Max Mutzke. As composer Thilo Wolf has written four musicals so far (“Der Tunnel” received four nominations for the German Musical Theater Award 2016 and won twice). He is also regularly involved in the development of numerous music productions and music programs as producer and conductor. Thilo Wolf arbeitet als Pianist, Komponist, Arrangeur und Bandleader. Seine Big Band gehört seit über 25 Jahren zu Deutschlands führenden Big Bands und wurde 2007 in die „Big Band Hall Of Fame“ (USA) aufgenommen. Seine Jazz-Sendung „SWING IT!“ (BR) wurde im Jahr 2002 zur „Besten Jazzsendung des Jahres“ gewählt. Als Komponist schrieb Wolf bislang vier Musicals („Der Tunnel“ erhielt 2016 eine vierfache Nominierung zum Deutschen Musical Theater Preis und gewann in zweifach), er ist zudem regelmäßig als musikalischer Leiter, Produzent und Dirigent an der Entwicklung zahlreicher Musikproduktionen und Musikprogrammen beteiligt.
