Gork is a five piece alt rock band formed from old school friends desperate to pull together their love of psychedelia, punk and the avant garde to form a potent new sound that pays homage to their roots whilst remaining distinctly different and strange. However, Gork refuses to be pigeon holed. Songs about mouldy spinach and children's birthday parties lie as jovial calling cards alongside hot, scathing satire that enjoys provoking the deeper hypocrisies afoot in modern society. There's a lot to take in, but it’s worth it if you're looking for a heavy rush of madcap alt rock fun.
