Introducing Adriya Joy, an R&B reggae artist currently making waves on a national level. Thriving in the live entertainment scene, Adriya, accompanied by her ten-piece band, has been captivating audiences throughout New England and nationally alongside Mighty Mystic. Her dynamic performances have graced renowned venues and festivals, including the House of Blues, Brighton Music Hall, Cafe Wha in NYC, ReggaeFest at Sugarloaf Mountain, Rides and Reggae Fest in Colorado, and Dry Diggings Fest in California. “I write my music from a place of truth and growth. I am always searching for the light in the darkness, seeking the lesson, and pursuing the silver lining.” Currently serving as the Music Studio Instructor at a school for the blind, Adriya collaborates with her students in writing and producing songs, fostering an environment of creative freedom, joy, and inspiration. She organizes weekly concerts at the school, showcasing different students to boost their self-confidence and love for live music. Despite facing significant challenges, such as the loss of her parents, Adriya has channeled her pain into art.
