Michael Hassell, known professionally as Uno and God Uno, is a Hip Hop Artist, Born in Okc, Oklahoma, Uno faced a difficult upbringing. Not only did he not know who his father was, but his mother struggled with addiction, leaving Uno and his two siblings to be raised by his grandmother. Though his circumstances were tough, especially while growing up in a neighborhood plagued by violence, he can still remember many happy moments from his youth. Of those moments, playing football is one of his most favorite memories. However, Uno's greatest talent came in the form of his music. From as far back as he can remember, music has been an important part of his life. Whether it was heard in the background of important memories or was used to guide him through difficult situations, serving as a source of hope for his future, it was always something that was on his mind. So, after trying his hand at turning his thoughts into lyrics, Uno began to see his potential in the industry. Now living in Dallas, Texas, and skilled in not only writing, but also performing, he fully dedicates himself to his career. Finding inspiration from people, their challenges and triumphs, as well as his love for music, he hopes that his rhymes will one day help the youth who face some of life's hardest circumstances.
