Downstate makes music built around an obsession with nostalgia, passing time and the Sega Saturn. Releasing full tapes and EP's on Urban Waves & SVBKVLT, he has been a prolific producer since 2007. Downstate has collaborated with Hamacide for the side project SLV, and produced beats for Bones and Ramirez.
