Biography

Steve (pictured right) was 10 years old when he picked up a guitar hiding in the back of his dad's closet. His early music influence was shaped by some of the great writers of the 60's and 70's (The Beatles, Paul Simon, Elton John, The Moody Blues, The Eagles, Gordon Lightfoot, Jim Croce and of course Bob Dylan). There were so many great emerging artists during those years. Much of his music is influenced by the writers of that golden era and that "retro style" can be heard in his music. "Good music never fades away." After 40 years in business marketing, Steve is once again writing standard ballads, love songs, blues and country tunes. Steve writes most of his tunes on a Martin Custom X Series acoustic guitar. Jim (pictured left) is a recovering lawyer and politician who has resigned from the Deep State and returned to his roots:  barbeque, Cardinal baseball, old Hollywood, and being inspired by Steve Harrison’s tunes.  He lives in a safe house somewhere in the Midwest, where he enjoys creating characters in his lyrics and watching how they react to the trials and joys of life.
