Trenton Hollimon started his journey in life how most children do. He held a tight bond with his siblings and kept himself busy with both academics and athletics. Howev- er, he has now reached paths he thought he would never walk. Now going under the moniker LaMar Trenton, his high school football success garnered him a scholarship at Washington State University where his brother played. Going by T-Spade, his brother would introduce him to a career in music, and LaMar would never look back from that day. In the late 1990s, the two would help form the northwest rap group Da Saav, and they would achieve local fame while winning awards in various states. Eventually, the two would tour for T-Spade’s solo project as LaMar opened for him from Mississippi to Los Angeles. In 2012, he would release his debut album Late Nights, Early Mornings, and receive critical praise. After success with his 2014 album Liquid Excuse and his 2017 effort Never Fold, LaMar seeks to wow even more listeners with his 2020 come- back project entitled All In. LaMar also manages the Cloud 10 Coalition production company as well as Who Made This, a beat production company designated to set up artists with exclusive beats on a budget. As LaMar continues his journey, it is hard to deny this year will take him to new heights!
