Munich and Berlin based trio TOURING (Matthias Hauck, Nepomuk Heller, and Marko Roth) are 3 friends whose musical journey began with a shared film project. Roth, film director and visual artist, infuses a cinematic perspective into TOURING’s creative process while Hauck and Heller, both composers and producers, collaborate to shape the sound that defines the trio's tracks. They blend electronica, breakbeats, house, techno and visual elements into their creations, making the connection between sight and sound an integral part of their work. This dedication to a multi-sensory experience adds a layer of depth to their performances and recordings, evoking a range of emotions that go beyond the typical boundaries of electronic genres. Their first live performance took place in 2023, where they played an one hour audiovisual Planetarium Show at Deutsches Museum in Munich. The show called „THERMAL“ featured a 360° projection and 8channel surround sound, providing an immersive experience that showcased the trio's commitment to pushing artistic boundaries. With a live thermal cam they captured infrared energy and used the data to generate live output. The audience could interact with the thermal cam and see the direct impact of their actions and emotions as part of the show.
