In 2017, Diego Paredes joins drummer extraordinare Adolfo Herrera in an innovative duo project called DiElfo which launched it's album entitled "DiElfo" As a producer and arranger , Diego Paredes has been involved in different Projects such as: Latin American Idol, Victor Muñoz/Guaco, Vielka, Juan Miguel, Victor Drija, Daniela Bascopé, Mariaca Semprún, Nelson Arrieta, Rafael "El Pollo" Brito Lubert Pulval, etc. He has also recorded and performed with artists such as Diego Paredes Project, Changuito, Jerry Rivera, Guillermo Carrasco, Vielka y su Tumbao, Chino y Nacho, Nelson Arrieta, Julio Rodríguez/Guaco, Víctor Muñoz, Juan Miguel, Cabas, among others. ​In 2006 Diego Paredes produces Latin American Idol, season 1. "Latin American Idol" premiered in July 2006 on Sony Entertainment Television and aired in 24 countries throughout the Caribbean and the Americas, except Brazil being the first show ever to be done for a pan-regional market.
