While influenced by many genres, Breaks has always been his number one love. His sound is a mix of the classic broken beat 808s, heavy bass lines, synth sounds that move today’s crowds, while always bringing the element of surprise, and knowing when to drop a massive anthem at the right moment. Menges is also well known as the other half of the dynamic duo THRO-BAK, along with DJ BEN KENOBI His passion for playing and making music stems from “the best feeling in the world” of being able tap into the synchronicity of translating the vibe that he is feeling inside with the crowd. That passion is rooted in the influence of his father who taught him the value of putting 150% into everything he does, as well as being mindful that something good can always come out of something bad.
