Marissa first stepped onto a stage at the age of 5 and had her first film role in Annie as “Pepper” at the age of 10. Marissa has performed professionally and studied voice & musical theater at Westminster Choir College in Princeton and Wagner College in NY. Over the past few years, she has developed her own music company and is currently working as a professional recording artist & singer/songwriter; writing in varied genres such as pop, country, musical theatre, Disney and r&b.
