Alessia Tondo è una delle voci più importanti della scena musicale pugliese. A 6 anni cantava nel gruppo salentino Mera Menhir. a 11anni incide con Sud Sound System il brano “Le radici ca tieni". A 13 anni entra nell'Orchestra de "La notte della Taranta". Nel 2012 scrive il testo per la celebre “Nuvole bianche” di Ludovico Einaudi, singolo del suo album “Taranta Project”. Nel 2014 Debutta al 58° festival internazionale di Musica Contemporanea de la Biennale di Venezia per l'opera di Admir Skurtaj "kater i rades.il naufragio" Nel 2015 entra a far parte del Canzoniere Grecanico Salentino.
