Tenor Florian Sievers was born in Hamburg, Germany in 1988. A sought-after concert and opera singer, he performs with prestigious conductors, choirs and orchestras across Germany and Europe. 
 Recent collaborations in 2019/2020 include concerts with Jordi Savall (Bach: Matthäuspassion), Jos van Veldhoven (Bach Cantatas), Jarosław Thiel (Händel: Acis & Galathea), Lautten Compagney (Bach: Secular Cantatas) L’Orfeo Barockorchester (Bach: Matthäuspassion) and Gewandhausorchester (Bach: Cantatas). 
 Future performances include the role of Belmonte in Mozart’s ‘Abduction from the Seraglio’ at Chemnitz Opera and recordings of music by Schubert and Haydn with Frieder Bernius. www.floriansievers.com
