The Norwegian pop rock band Majorleap was founded in 2016 by members who have played together for many years. 
 The debut album "The Idealist" was released in February 2017 and received brilliant reviews from newspapers and music magazines. 
 After the debut album success, Majorleap has entered into a collaboration with star producer Christer André Cederberg. In February 2018, the single "Stadium Portrait" was released along with an accompanying music video and the song was very well received. 
 Majorleap has now spent part of the summer in the studio to record new music that is scheduled to be released in the near future. First single comes out January 18, 2019. 
 In 2017, the band shared stage with relatively established artists like; Julie Bergan, Nico & Vinz, Erik and Kriss, TNT, Stavangerkameratene, Morten Abel and Madcon were on the poster.
