ArJay is an independent artist from the great-lake state of Michigan, who primarily wants to do one thing: bring a unique alternative to modern hip hop. As an emcee, he relies on clever punchlines and a radio-friendly sound to catch the ear of his listeners. He is a lover of music in general, and takes inspiration from multiple styles. Not being afraid of who he is, he aims to place his listeners into his shoes; giving them something fresh, with a sense of familiarity at the same time. Lacing lyrics with themes of faith, energy, love, authenticity, and overall life experiences, he is determined to carve out his own destiny and produce great art on his terms.
