FILT is an instrumental music project run by the swedish keyboard player Jens Andersson. The new album Maximal minimalism (Malmö diskografiska) is an eclectic mixture between analogue synths and the acoustic sound of flutes, saxophones, strings, classical guitar and an old felted upright piano. It is thoughtfull, melodic and meditative, a perfect companion in your headphones after a busy day. FILT has also released the album Över frusen vän (2022) and the delicate compositions on the album has a wide range of guest musicians on various instruments such as accordion, santoor, pedal steel guitar, bass clarinet and strings.
