Man Down was Formed in 2018 by Dylan Thomas an up and coming musician with roots in hard rock and a flirt with the alternative. Born in The Netherlands , he has lived throughout the world, drawing inspiration from his experiences. with catchy melodies, massive grooves and great licks. 
 Man Down’s recent release, “Avenues”, a song that is a great example of the project’s sonic vision. The track kicks in with a beautifully lush guitar tone, which makes me think of artists like Mac DeMarco. The watery, modulated tone of the effects are truly spot on. The rhythm section kicks in, bringing some weight to the mix. The vocals have a low, nearly baritone sound, which brings out the moody quality of the song. The choruses are huge, with Sabbath-esque walls of guitars, and vocals screaming to the top of the lungs.
