Decky is an artist making his mark in the UK Dancehall and UK music scene. Born in Jamaica, moving to North London during his early teens, Decky quickly found his way onto the music scene by taking his life-changing influences which nearly saw him serve a long prison sentence. He decided to take up music with musical influences from the likes of Movado, Vybz Kartel Bounty Killer plus more. Decky made a small appearance during his early 20 with his first unrealised track “Dem seh war”. This then leads to several features with local north London rappers, His first big break was within 2017 where he got the chance to work with Top UK Drill producer Carns Hill who has worked with the likes of 67, Youngs Teflon and blade brown plus more. You can find him featured on a track called “Real Savage” ft. K-Trap & (67) SJ. To date, Decky has worked with label NO Partnership Ent and producer Carns Hill on their latest collaboration track “ Where We Come From “ with support of Young Teflon & (67) PR S.A.D in support of the BLM movement. Released July 2020 with the official video available via the GRM Daily platform. He got his first airplay on BBC Radio 1 & BBC Asian Network featuring on Reeko Squeeze track “Creep” also produce by CarnsHill.
