Rapper, songwriter and Record Producer. Shai, has been involved in music for the past three years seriously but had an interest in music since the age of 13. He represents the raw feelings that are often muted in society. Darkness, deep emotion, and hunger is embedded in his lyrical content and often aggressive production, while grounded with a unique cadence and delivery that sets him apart from his peers. Currently, Shai has two projects released: "God Speed" and 'Against All Odds" which were well received. "God Speed" was produced, mixed and mastered solely by Shai, and Against All Odds was produced by other members of Shai's music group " The Hiatus Club" His inspiration is drawn from artist such as Kendrick lamar, Isaiah Rashad, Haleek Maul, Travis Scott and producers like Wonder Gurl, Eestbound, Flume and Cryptic. Shai sees himself going beyond this islands shores and securing grammies, opening music studios in Barbados and starting companies of his own
