Ivo Witteveen is an award-winning composer and music producer from The Netherlands. The sound of his conceptual approach can be heard in a wide range of productions: from music for commercials (for brands like Coca-Cola, Mercedes-Benz and Adidas) to evocative soundtracks for museum installations and theme park attractions, such as his latest release: Corpus - ‘Journey Through the Human Body’. Ivo’s compositions are often described as having a natural authenticity – a quality that owes a lot to the carefully balanced combination of acoustic instruments with contemporary electronics. Ivo Witteveen teaches composition and music production at the Prince Claus Conservatoire and, when he finds the time, vents his passion for pop music with his songwriting partner in Sterlatone. As co-founder of the Amsterdam-based music and sound studio MOST_original soundtracks_audio post, he has contributed to multiple award-winning productions. As a composer, Ivo’s music has been awarded the MAS Award, Buma Award and ADCN Craft Lamp.
