I am a descendant of the Mesoamerican Pipil peoples of Cuzcatlan, Izalco, and the Lenca peoples of the Eastern Rio Lempa, modern day El Salvador. My last name is Guerra meaning war, so my art reflects my search for Salaam. I am the dysphoria of integration and the innocence after transgression. I am from where worlds end, and life labours on.
