MANKIND is a quartet from Stockholm that mixes naive pop with psych and noise rock. Their long awaited debut album released 30th of april 2020, called POPHITS. As one of Sweden's most appreciated live bands, they have played big festivals such as Way out West and Peace & Love as well as having done several tours in Europe. They have previously recorded together with Berlin-based Gordon Raphael (the Strokes, Regina Spektor) and with Per Stålberg / Olle Björk in the Welfare studio in Gothenburg (Division of Laura Lee, Håkan Hellström, Terra). Their last releases, including upcoming ones, is mostly recorded in their own studio collective at Södermalm, Stockholm, often in collaboration with their friend Jonathan Lennerbrant (Hanna Järver, Solen) at RIKTI studio and with Alexander Eldefors' (the Presolar Sands, Melby, Locals) genial mixing at Fonomonik studio.
