An artist and performer beyond any conventional boundaries, he has collaborated with the most prestigious artists in the contemporary theater scene as a composer of contemporary opera, incidental music, soundtracks, actor, writer, and director. Twice a winner of the Italian Theater Awards (Le Maschere del Teatro Italiano) for Best Composer of Incidental Music, Premio Ubu, Targa Tenco for Best Collective Album, Best Composer at the Hamedan Festival in Iran, and listed in Cuba's Libro de Honor for his production of Mozart's Don Giovanni. He has always divided his time between theater and cinema, also as an actor, playwright, and screenwriter.
