Convict Julie is an Alternative R&B artist, songwriter, and producer from the 30318 Atlanta. Growing up on Bankhead, she she draws from her experiences, covering topics of heartbreak and struggle with raw emotion that can be heard and felt from her first single “Devil’s Playground” to her EP “Let’s Swim.” Her lyrical diversity can be heard in her hard-hitting, story-based single, “Fake”. From her newly released EP “Wynter,” Convict Julie’s lyrical and producing skills are highlighted, giving the world a small sample of all of her skills as a musician. With her R&B, Alternative, and Trap infused styles, she is thought to have a resemblance of a mesh between Adele and The Weeknd.
