Growing up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I made a conscious choice not to speak for the first 18 years of my life. It wasn't because I couldn't; rather, I found solace in silence. This unique perspective led me to develop a deep understanding of emotions, non-verbal communication, and the complexities of human interaction. In the music-filled landscape of the 90s, I longed to be part of the scene. However, as a woman who preferred a background role and didn't fit the conventional mold, opportunities seemed scarce. Despite my passion for music and a desire to be associated with it, expressing a wish to become a rapper wasn't met with much encouragement. Following societal expectations, I pursued the typical path of education, career, and material success. But it left me unfulfilled and disconnected from my true purpose. It took a profound moment of realization during a near-death experience to shake me awake to my God-given talent and the importance of using it to make a difference. Embracing my gift for music, I found a way to share my voice without needing to be the center of attention. Sync opportunities became my avenue for expression, allowing my music to resonate without the need of physical entertainment components. With a solid foundation in music theory and a determination to improve, I began producing my own tracks, each one a step closer to my musical vision.
