Lali Maia is a Brazilian born singer, who has made her carreer in Brazil and the United States. Specialized in Brazilian root music and rhythmns, she explores over 10 different beats on her first solo album, Mother of All Waters, dedicated to the African Orixas. She also has been part of Aflobloco Orunmilá as a singer in the 2000's and has a songwriting progressive rock work, which will be available for fans soon. Her first music debut was at 14, when she participated with her own song in a music festival in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and won Revelation Prize. She graduated from Mc Nally and Smith College of Music in Saint Paul, Minnesota at 22, majoring in Voice.
