Hailing from the Eastern Coast of Canada, Christien Raymakers, currently resides in Montreal, where he continues to refine his craft. With a Bachelor of Arts in Jazz Studies, CRaymak, is a multi-instrumentalist, who uses 15+ years of Classical and Jazz theory that incorporates advanced chord sequences and musical arrangements into dance-floor ready cuts for the modern world. The award winning music producer is as true an expression of depth, grit, and emotion as you could imagine. CRaymak has landed collaborations with Doctor P, Flux Pavilion, and more. His EPs Malfunction, Alterations, & Adomania, all of which were also released on Circus Records, were widely regarded as his breakout moment, alongside releases with Monstercat & Subsidia. Summer of 2023, CRaymak joined forces with Fransis Derelle, Frank Zummo (of Sum41) & Demitri Medina to debut their new melodic bass group, GRAVAS. They have come out strong with debut releases on Monstercat & PhaseOne's label Sounds of Mayhem. For a producer with such a diverse knowledge and a wide array of musical taste, genres are limitless within CRaymak’s productions. Moving within the borders of bass music his sound is first and foremost heavy, it is dynamic and always energetic. It’s no surprise he’s been called upon by the likes of Matthew Koma, Flux Pavilion, Excision, Mother Mother and more.
