Shoose McGee is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, director, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, from Henderson, TX (East Texas). In 2010, Shoose began recording songs and freestyles, gaining popularity on the local scene. On June 24, 2014, Shoose McGee released his groundbreaking project, “The Great Depression” a mixtape with 17 original songs including two bonus tracks. Catrise Johnson, CEO and Chief Editor of Vault 1520 wrote, “Shoose's deliverance on this conceptual album is quite phenomenal as he tells a life story throughout.
