I Should've Told You Yesterday

Epiphany

Biography

Cory Baker is a singer-songwriter hailing from Pontypridd, South Wales. Baker studied education at Aberystwyth University, where he continued to perform in pubs, and at events all across the town. Under the insightful direction of HAKA Entertainment, Baker has also performed across South Wales, including a performance at Swansea's 'The Hyst'.
Taking inspiration from artists such as Frank Turner and Lucy Spraggan, Baker describes his music and his songwriting process as 'a story that each and every person can perceive in an alternate way, based on their own imagination and experiences'.
In December 2019, whilst continuing his studies back home in South Wales, Baker released his debut single 'Epiphany', produced and mastered by Jack Salter of The Kelly Line. This single was a success, deemed as 'a very chilled vibe, a head-bobber, a seat jigger' by online music journalists 'Up To Eleven'. Baker was set to release his debut E.P. 'I Should've Told You Yesterday' in late 2020, after taking to social media to explain that the writing process had been completed. This then changed to 2021 due to the pandemic restrictions.
