June 1990 Rap Artist NorthEnd Don, was born in the city of Detroit, MI. His parents goal was to protect him from the street life known to take away black men in their neighborhood. Being raised in poverty didn’t stop them from providing a roof, and a loving childhood for their son. The love from his parents is the key to the joy found in his lyrics today, and his son is the inspiration to keep going. Writing has always been his way of finding silence in such a loud world, already known to be full of good, and evil. You never know what to expect when growing up, and your parents can only shield you from so much. Over a period of 28 years, Don's curiosity still sought out to learn more about the “street life”. Turner knew how he wanted to describe his life. Soon falling into a rebellious lifestyle, Don found himself exactly where he knew no man should be. Along the way came car accidents, jail time, fights, and felt hatred. Still using writing as his outlet, Don soon started to find his own flow. “I live for the energy I put into every track, every written lyric” say’s NorthEnd Don.
