Rapper/ songwriter Topshotta Fi is an American artist from the Whitfield chapel rd neighborhood in Prince Georges county,MD and is one of the co-founding members of “Khalaezzy Game” Records along side childhood friend and frequent collaborator Chuku100. Fi’s first official single titled “F.S.B (Flex,stunt,ball) was released in June of 2013 and was followed up by the groups first official offering “KGHB season1” the following year in 2014. In 2016 TopShotta released his debut solo project “Happy belated” which was accompanied by the lead single “For the low” . Topshotta Fi has since released a total of 4 projects since that time which includes, other projects such as BLessons (2017), BullzeyeFi (2017), and most recently Eyez On The Prize (2019) respectively . As well as 4 group projects as Khalaezzy Game. All projects were released independently under the newly founded Khalaezzy Game records. His style has been described by many fans and blogs as “a balance of hard hitting bars and being able to make an actual song”. Songs like “Overdrive” “Back outside “ and “Element” are great examples of the Mc’s ability to effortlessly float over a track with intense flows, a self reflective sense of vulnerability and clever wordplay all while still being able to create hypnotic and occasionally dark melodies. With influences like Lil Wayne, 2Pac, Future, Kanye west, Vybz Kartel and more it’s not hard to see that Topshotta Fi is aiming to align himself with some of the greats.
