Multinstrumentista, Tom Suassuna começou a estudar música em 2008. Formado em violino erudito pela Escola de Música de Brasília, atualmente integra a nova vertente brasileira do instrumento. Tom busca em sua pesquisa musical, focada principalmente em referencias afrolatinas, trazer o violino para o calor da rua, inovando na forma de tocar e manipular o som do instrumento. Por meio de seu trio instrumental o violinista apresenta o resultado do encontro entre o popular e erudito e entre o acústico e eletrônico. Além de sua pesquisa, Tom já gravou e arranjou trabalhos de reconhecimento nacional e internacional como o EP “Cheiro Do Mato” do cantor Hungria Hip-Hop, com mais de meio bilhão de visualizações. .
