Malachi Buthelezi (born Feburary 2, 2006), better known as MalaTheGreat, is a rapper and singer-songwriter. He was raised in Cape Town, South Africa. He got into the likes of @Lil Baby and @Nasty C, and that’s when he started rapping. On December 31, 2022, MalaTheGreat released his first ever album called The Journey Begins. On June 9, 2023, On August 16, 2023, MalaTheGreat released his first single, featuring 42$wish, called Waist. On December 7, 2023, MalaTheGreat released his second single, featuring @GucciBoyX and @Alex X, called Let Go. As for MalaTheGreat's second latest album, Broken Pieces, it was released on March 29, 2024, with his first song on the album being Malachi 18:10 MalaTheGreat uses his musical talents to inspire and enhance people's souls and mentality and tries to make a change in the youth itself and to express how he feels in all certain ways possible.
