Alternative rap creative BBOY ZERO lives on the left of center, with witty lines at every turn over self-produced bravado. The Nashville native originally hails from Indianapolis, IN, where he co-founded Naptown’s first and only street dance studio and made his high school spending money by teaching classes and selling beats. Growing up on Wu-Tang Clan and BROCKHAMPTON at the same time created an artist who appreciates something different within every era of hip-hop. The “TEMP CHECK*” EP showcases his eclectic taste, with distorted 808s on “BUFFALO/MAUI” leading into the rugged and raw “WISHAMFWOULD”.
