King Creole was born in Beaumont, TX a small town about 100 miles outside of Houston close to the Louisiana border. He grew up around music as a child with a very musical family, playing in the marching band, and singing in the church and school choir. After several years in the culinary world he returned to music in 2019. Creole gained notoriety on multiple music applications like Beat of the Week, Voisey, and Rapchat resulting in, interviews, competition wins, music videos and nods from Alex Wiley. In 2023 he would attract the attention of the Sylvia Moy foundation in Motown with his cover of Stevie Wonders 1966 hit “Nothing’s Too Good for my Baby”. This would open the stage for him to perform at the Soundboard Theatre in Motor City Casino Hotel, placing 3rd and winning a Sony publishing deal. He has continued to write and release singles with Houston based producer Love Has Limits, landing sync library placements with “Splash” “Rose’s on the Moon”.
