Rux Ton is a high-energy electronic music producer based in Toledo, Ohio. He was inspired to start producing music in 2002 because of early videogame music (from the SNES and Playstation Era), with artists like Eiffel 65, Daft Punk, and Cascada among his favorites. His love of dance music specifically was ignited by rhythm games such as Dance Dance Revolution (DDR) and In The Groove, which exposed him to even more music. A lot of his sound is influenced by the nostalgia of older dance music and video games mixed with modern sound design and heaviness which he blends with trance and house elements to create his own unique sound. In 2021, Rux Ton made a new shift in his sound, releasing a massive melodic half-time track titled "DREAMER PAINS" on Badmouth Records. Later on, he made his debut on Speed House Movement (with the track "Heart Bleed") a label run by Haus of Panda that promotes a new genre called "Speed House" featuring bass house music at a faster tempo with varying elements. One of Rux Ton's notable achievements aside from the support of Speed House Movement includes the support he received from Jessica Audiffred who dropped his bootleg remix of Sub Focus & Dimension's track "Ready To Fly" at EDC 2023 in Mexico. This was a significant moment for Rux Ton, and he is excited to continue creating music that captures the energy and excitement of electronic dance music.
