An independent musician (singer, song-writer, composer, producer and multi-instumentalist) hailing from Peshawar, Pakistan. Debuted his musical journey in 2005 with his first release in 2010 titled as "Qarara Rasha" by his band "Ismail & Junaid", which is still recognised as a global hit and has been declared as the all time best Pashto track by Pashto Cultural Board. Over a decade of self-exploration, Junaid has emerged with a signature sound of his own as he projects his vision through a wide range of genres including Alternative Rock, Blues, R&B Soul, Indie Pop, Progressive etc. He is an avid believer of creative freedom when it comes to music; known for fusing modern sounds with his dynamic soul melodies and has released over 15 tracks till date. His passion makes him continue producing more experimental music. Junaid has also been featured for Re-Recording of National Anthem of Pakistan on its 75th Anniversary produced by Mr. Rohail Hyatt.
