Okumu Sylvester Douglas, widely known as Oksylver, is a dynamic Ugandan artist whose talents encompass acting, directing, producing, and singing. Born on August 19, 1994, Oksylver has carved a niche for himself in the entertainment industry with his versatile skills and creative vision. In 2024, Oksylver made strides in film, showcasing his multifaceted abilities. He starred in and produced the short film "As I Dream," a project he also wrote, demonstrating his prowess as both an actor and a storyteller. This film marks his debut as a lead actor and highlights his dedication to crafting compelling narratives. Oksylver produced and directed "The Janitor" for the Ikon Fellowship Program by Reach A Hand Uganda. As a singer, he has released four albums under his former alias, Sylver.
