Varna, which full name is Varna Marianne Nielsen, is a greenlandic singersongwriter and multiartist. In 2007 she released the blues album "I wish". Since then she continued to play and write songs, but 13 years should pass, before she would release anything of them. "The Road", is the title on the upcoming album in 2020. Varna was born in a little town on the eastern part of Greenland, Tasiilaq. (population approx. 2400) Now recides in the Capital of Greenland, Nuuk.
