Éclat is a Live EDM project based out of Rochester, New York. Much can be said for their appreciation of culture and music — with a wide range of influences such as Toro y Moi, FKJ, Rüfüs Du Sol, and Disclosure to name a few. Éclat’s vibrant, bright melodies and surging beats forge harmony between the analog and digital realms of music. Integrating the organic tastes of electric guitar, drums, and voice, with lucid synths and sonorous basses, Éclat takes the flavor of traditional Electronic Music and makes it their own. While the word ‘fusion’ gets thrown around a lot, there’s a certain complexity in Éclat’s array of vibration that is destined to keep you coming back for more. “Éclat creates an experiential form of listening. Their music opens up the listener to a different realm of musical versatility, contributing to a diverse habitat, fit for any listener.” Being exposed to the realms of Jazz, Funk, Hip Hop, Pop, Jam, and Electronic Music early on ultimately curated Éclat’s adoration for a wide range of music. For Éclat, electronic music is about the sensation of ultimate freedom and righteousness that emancipates the listener, and that’s the exact intention with their own productions.
