Four years in the making, qSol is the product of Deelo Avery immersing himself in the process of listening to his intuition. Touching on themes like desire, faith, and navigating the nuances of life, Deelo Avery describes qSOL as “ a Quiz note to keep things short and simple.” A reflection of the fact that the title itself is an acronym for quick snack in the School Of Life. Sonically this EP expansively creates space for Avery’s signature raw and soulful delivery, to exist with elements that reflect his cultural influences as a Nigerian-Canadian musician.
