I am Andrae Ernesto Murchison aka Murch Church. I am a composer, arranger, trombonist, and baritone hornist. I studied jazz at Oberlin Conservatory of Music and Queens College. My most influential teachers are Donald Byrd, Curtis Fuller, Roy Hargrove , and Slide Hampton. I have been a regular member with The Skatalites, Duke Ellington Orchestra, Abdullah Ibrahim, and Monty Alexander. I love to play the blues.
