Biography
Initially inspired by the classical and jazz recordings of her parent's record collection (Chopin, Ahmad Jamal, Miles Davis, and jazz/pop vocalists of the era), Susan embarked upon a two-year collaboration with jazz pianist, Stu Shelton. What began as an exploration and tribute to Billie Holiday, evolved into a much larger project when they realized they were able to collaborate to write original music together. Then and Now is the resulting gem of this collaboration!
