John John aka John Skweird is a Trinbagonian singer, songwriter and sound engineer. His debut album, Citagrandson, released in 2013, left critics describing him as the "new avatar for neo-soul." Having started his career in gospel, Francis is now a noted R&B and jazz vocalist who's worked with such groups as Elan Parle, Hyjinx and Dayo Bejide Organic Movement. He's also opened for international acts including Etienne Charles and Busy Signal. A holder of a Certificate in Music Technology from the University of Trinidad & Tobago, Francis' most recent accolade is being selected to participate in the 2017 Club One New Releases in Newfoundland, Canada. Francis is also a co-founder of the production company, Da Legion.
