I'm italian, play violin, e-violin and viola. I like mixing acoustic and electric sounds, I have no label, no producer. I'm totally free to do what I most like. I'm classical trained, graduated from the Vittadini Higher Institute of Music Studies of Pavia, I honed my skills with the Concertmasters of La Scala Theatre Orchestra of Milan and the members of the Berliner Philharmoniker. I attended several Chamber Music master classes, including the Accademia Europea del Quartetto and Piero Farulli ’s Quartet advanced course in Fiesole (Florence). In 2011, I won the “Leone d’Argento” Grand Jury Prize at the Venice Biennale with the RepertorioZero Ensemble for “innovative research in contemporary music”. I played as soloist at UC Berkeley CNMAT. My performances have been broadcast on Rai Radio 3, and several other radio channels. I’ve recorded for DECCA, Deutsche Grammophone, and AEON. With Armonite's track 'Blue Curaçao', I have been awarded an Honorable Mention both in the Instrumental and Performance categories at the International Songwriting Competition 2017 from a top level committee including Tom Waits, Lorde, Bastille, Billy Cobham, Ziggy Marley, Don Omar and Keane. The great Colin Edwin of iconic UK prog-rockers Porcupine Tree played most of the tracks of the two Armonite's albums. I’ve taught violin since 2004 in public and private Music Schools. I love music collaborations. Feel free to contact me, wherever you are in the globe!
