Biography

Indian Wells is the moniker of electronic artist Pietro Iannuzzi, from southern Italy. Wells' work draws inspiration largely from his own cultural background referencing elements of geographical, social and political isolation that etches across a range of technically composed, conceptually driven and emotive electronic music. No One Really Listens to Oscillators is Indian Wells’ 4th album and is released on Max Cooper’s Mesh imprint and explores the concept of “unfinished”, both in relation to oneself, art, architecture and surroundings, which is scheduled for release this summer of 2022. Indian Wells' previous releases include albums on Bad Panda, and remixes for Ghostly International, Anjunadeep, Terrible Records, Bastard Jazz, Sekuoia and Populous. Where The World Ends is Iannuzzi's 3rd studio album which won international critical acclaim from the likes of Mixmag as their top 50 albums of 2017, A Closer Listen, Resident Advisor , Boiler Room, Clash, Electronic Sound and XLR8R.  Well's influence extends farther than his music releases, where his compositions feature in cinema, television and media. Iannuzzi presents intelligent and thought-proving electronic dance music, whilst commissioning impactful film and videos that continue to inspire, challenge and captivate audiences.
