The Royal Norwegian Navy Band (Kongelige Norske Marines Musikkorps) is one of five professional military bands in Norway. The band is a unique and popular ensemble playing concerts all over Norway as well as abroad. The band is based in Horten, and has travelled on tours and other musical assignments to France, Russia, China, The Netherlands and Spain, among other countries. The band wn the Norwegian Grammy (Spellemannsprisen) in 2003, and has collaborated with a vast array of Norway's leading artists.
